Ashvini Rae - The Zig Zag editor

Ashvini Rae is a Politics with International Relations graduate, former Girlguiding Advocate and self-confessed Cynthia Enloe stan. A big fan of “bringing gender into it”, she is very interested in feminist foreign policy and international women’s rights. During her degree, she interviewed Women Human Rights Defenders in India about their experiences of social media, which showed her the importance of really listening to the lived experiences of women.
