Anna Marie is currently pursuing a MSSc in Peace and Conflict Studies at Uppsala University in Sweden. She is interested in the intersections of security sector reform, gender, post-conflict transitions, and life “after” conflict. She holds a BASc from Quest University Canada.
Originally from Ontario, Canada, Anna Marie first became interested in foreign policy after spending a year abroad in Brazil as an exchange student in high school. She looks forward to reaching out to the WIFP community through the Newsletter and other mediums.
