Rebecca LaFleur - Volunteer Experience Lead

Rebecca is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She studied Political Science and International Relations at Louisiana State University. Although starting her career as a Latin teacher and tour guide, she has spent the last 14 years leading global teams at Apple and specializing in talent development. She relocated to Belgium with her husband and two small children to open the first Apple Store in the country.

Passionate about the employee experience, she draws strength from being able to guide talented individuals across the bridge from where they are to where they want to be. Her interests are in advancing women's influence in business, technology, and foreign policy. Rebecca firmly believes that with the right amount of perseverance, positivity, compassion, and creativity we can achieve the unimaginable. Today she is leading the volunteer experience program for Women in Foreign Policy.
