Rebecca Picard - Survey Officer

Based in Washington, DC, Rebecca works as Director of Operations for an international fellowship foundation that sends young professionals abroad to do research. She is passionate about working towards a more equitable and inclusive world through anti-racism, DEI, and advocacy work.

With her experience in interviewing, evaluations, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis with clients such as the International Rescue Committee, Rebecca is excited to contribute towards a project benefiting inclusivity and representation in the foreign policy workforce.

Rebecca has an MA in International Policy and Development from Middlebury Institute of International Studies and BAs in international studies and German from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She also has extensive experience studying, working, and living abroad in Germany and Turkey.
