Carlotta Serioli - Telegram Community Manager

Based in Milan, Italy, Carlotta currently writes articles about geopolitics and political risk for the newspaper “Global Risk Insights”, focusing on US domestic and foreign policy, Italian domestic politics, and counter-terrorism.

She graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Politics and International Relations in 2018, and she received her Master’s degree in International Political Security from University College London (UCL) in 2019.
