Sreeya Mukherjee - Events Officer

Sreeya is a recent graduate with a dual master’s degree in International Development from the University of Warwick and Asian Studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She currently works in the Indian social impact space in capacity building consulting for non-profit organisations.

As an Events Officer, Sreeya hopes to engage women across the globe on varied foreign policy discussions. She is excited to help further the same kind of access to informative conversations that she was fortunate to receive. 

Within the international development space, Sreeya has a particular interest in improving access to education, and works on cultural inclusivity within curricula at Amala, a non-profit start-up providing secondary education to refugee youth. 

Sreeya’s research interests lie at the intersection of sociology, politics and area studies, with a core interest in transnational migration. Past research activities have been situated in migration governance, humanitarian policy and climate change threats, within South and Southeast Asia.
